Yesterday, Susan saw Michael making some chocolate chip cookies, and was pointing, shouting, then crying, "COOOOO-KEEE!"
We said no, distracted her with a Dora doll (oh, how I love you Dora!), and baked the cookies. As soon as they cooled off, I took them off the sheet and put them in the other room. Susan remembered about 10 minutes later, and wanted me to pick her up so she could see the cookies. As soon as she saw that they weren't there, I said, "Oh no! No more cookies!" She was understandably confused, but then wandered off to play quietly.
heh heh heh....I will be sad when her attention span is longer than 10 seconds and I can't fool her anymore.
